  • 1.1 Description: Ghost Note is an extension for VS Code. The Extension is available for download on the Visual Studio Marketplace.
  • 1.2 Billing and Subscriptions: Users can subscribe to Ghost Note on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fees for the chosen subscription plan. Subscriptions may be refundable in cases where a user downgrades their subscription plan, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
  • 1.3 Access and Licensing: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension. Commercial use is permitted only under the Pro Individual and Pro Organisation plans. However, organisations (including companies, partnerships, and other legal entities) must subscribe to the Pro Organisation plan for all commercial use of the Extension.

2. Intellectual Property

  • 2.1 Ownership: The content, software, and materials provided by us, including but not limited to the Extension, Website, and any related documentation, remain the sole property of Leyton O'Day.
  • 2.2 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Extension or Website without our explicit written consent.

3. Liability and Disclaimers

  • 3.1 No Warranty: The Extension and Website are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the Extension and Website at your own risk.
  • 3.2 Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Extension or Website.

4. Termination

  • 4.1 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension or Website at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.
  • 4.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Extension and Website will cease, and you must uninstall the Extension and cease any further use.
